K85® is a dehydrated beef protein, naturally concentrated to 65%. This soluble protein has functional (texturising, gelling and emulsifying) and naturally flavour-enhancing properties.
K85® can be used in a variety of products, such as sauces and meat-based ready meals.

Pradine® can be used in ready meals, sauces, snacks, biscuits, baked goods, fried products and cheese-based products.
